The studies shows that exercise is beneficial to our health for smokers and non-smokers, but for smokers the progression towards a fitter body can be attractive. If you go out for a run and you’re gasping and spluttering in the beginning, the sense of satisfaction when it becomes easier will help to keep doing exercises.
Do something positive, which more important to quit smoking. To take your mind off this desire, you might need to find a new hobby to occupy your mind and more importantly, your hands. Filling your time with a positive hobby and new things will keep you always busy and far away from thinking of smoking; as a result, you will find yourself a better person, healthier, and more productive than you were in the past.
